The first step to success in language learning is proper assessment of your level!
At ICAD Language Institute, the level assessment process is conducted with the goal of accurately evaluating language knowledge and providing an educational path tailored to each student's needs. This process is designed for three groups: adults, teenagers, and children, and includes the following detailed stages:
All students can visit our branches in Yousefabad, Tajrish, or Shahrak Gharb from 10 AM to 8 PM in person, or receive free telephone consultation with educational advisors or faculty members about their learning path. This consultation helps students make more informed decisions by better understanding the courses, teaching methods, and their own academic level.
This section is conducted in two stages:
Stage One: Online Written Test
• Includes 45 multiple-choice questions
• Response time: 15 minutes
• Conducted on the student's educational portal after registration and purchasing level assessment ticket
• Test results are automatically sent to department specialists
Stage Two: Speaking Interview
• Conducted online or in-person
• Held at one of our branches in Yousefabad, Tajrish, or Shahrak Gharb
• Exact speaking test time is announced via phone call by assessment specialists
• Online test access link is activated through the portal
This section is conducted in two stages:

• Response time: 20 minutes
• Conducted on the student's educational portal after registration and purchasing level assessment ticket
• Test results are automatically sent to department specialists
Stage Two: Speaking Interview
• Conducted online or in-person
• Held at one of our branches in Yousefabad, Tajrish, or Shahrak Gharb
• Exact speaking test time is announced via phone call by assessment specialists
• Online test access link is activated through the portal
For children, only the speaking test is conducted.
The children's level assessment process is as follows:
• Online: By entering the "Children's Speaking Assessment" section in the educational portal
• In-person: At Yousefabad or Tajrish branches with prior appointment
In the children's speaking test, vocabulary level, listening comprehension ability, short responses, and familiarity with simple topics are evaluated by the supervisor.
Important Note:
After completing the assessment process, the final result is announced to the student, and the educational advisor will suggest the most suitable classes or educational packages.
